Positioning
Know your value and who needs it.
Being experienced is not the same as being understood. Positioning helps you explain which problem you can help solve, who you can help, and why your knowledge deserves their attention.
What you will work towards
A focused message, a defined audience, and evidence that supports your expertise.

Chapter 1
The Messenger Economy 2026
Explore what makes human expertise useful when AI can produce information quickly. Finding the opportunity means identifying a real problem where your experience, judgement, or ability to guide people adds value—not simply choosing a popular topic.
Put it into practice: Name one problem you have helped solve and explain what your experience adds beyond a generic answer.
Chapter 2
Find Your Million-Dollar Message
Connect what you know, the people who need it, and an offer they might pay for. Narrow a broad subject into a clear promise of help, then test whether your audience recognises the problem and understands your message.
Put it into practice: Complete: I help [specific people] work through [specific problem] using [my experience or method].
Chapter 3
The Three Messenger Archetypes
Explore three ways to establish authority: the Results Expert who has achieved outcomes, the Reporter Expert who researches and explains, and the Role Model who teaches from lived experience. Choose the approach that fits your actual evidence, without pretending to know everything.
Put it into practice: Choose your strongest authority style and list three examples that make it credible.
