Partnership
Grow through the right relationships.
You do not have to reach every learner on your own. Partnership explores how people and organisations with complementary strengths can help deliver your expertise to a wider audience.
What you will work towards
A shortlist of suitable partners and a focused 90-day implementation plan.

Chapter 10
Sell Through Others
Explore affiliates, joint ventures, and strategic alliances as different ways to reach relevant audiences. Assess partners by their audience, values, and ability to contribute—not just their size. Develop a clear proposal explaining what each side brings and how the relationship benefits customers.
Put it into practice: Identify three possible partners and describe a useful collaboration with each.
Chapter 11
License & Certify: Train-the-Trainer
Explore what must be in place before someone else can teach your method. Consider documented resources, trainer preparation, delivery standards, and how quality will be reviewed. Understand the readiness questions involved in licensing and certification; this chapter is not itself a certification award.
Put it into practice: List the materials and quality checks another trainer would need to deliver your method consistently.
Chapter 12
Your 90-Day 4P Operating System
Bring the book’s four Ps together in a practical plan: establish your foundation, build your offer, and prepare to launch. Set priorities, assign time, and review progress weekly so activity leads to completed work. Keep the plan realistic for your current resources and stage.
Put it into practice: Choose three 30-day priorities and a weekly review time for your next 90 days.
